AMA designed VIP villas to set a new benchmark for luxury, offering an elevated lifestyle amidst lush greenery and tranquil lagoon views.

The proposal includes four villa designs across 14 bespoke residences, featuring five, six, seven, and eight-bedroom configurations. Each villa ranges from 750 m² to 1800 m² and sits on spacious 1500 m² plots, with two distinct material palettes enhancing the unique character of each design.
